golf getaway, serene and well-equipped!
helpful staff nice breakfast service relaxing pool area great assistance
The front office staff was helpful during check-in. Special thanks to mr elhabashy. i found the fairways restaurant to be a highlight. Indra provided nice breakfast service. the pool area was relaxing and well-kept. oumaimba provided great assistance when i arrived at the wrong location for an event.
i did notice some mosquitoes outdoors, mainly in the morning and at night, which could be improved with better pest control.

good price superb service golf course
i was upgraded to a large room with a golf course view. the bar and restaurant service was superb. the golf club and pool were great assets.
i found the gym facilities somewhat lacking for a hotel of this size, with only a few pieces of equipment available and it was very crowded.

service inconsistencies and outdated facilities
soggy sandwiches slow valet
the room was very clean and big, so that was alright.
I ordered in-room dining twice and the food was poorly prepared. My sandwiches were soggy. the staff seemed unfamiliar with the menu, even sending salt and pepper with a fruit platter that consisted of strawberries and berries. the valet service was also quite slow. I waited over 15 minutes before retrieving my car key myself.

few machines overall cleanliness
The food was acceptable I found nothing to complain about its quality.
The gym was quite disappointing it had few machines. Towels were not provided for use while exercising. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired it felt quite dirty.
